About Evans and Associates
Frank C. Evans brings over 25 years of financial consulting experience to hundreds of clients that range in size from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups. His background includes being a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Business Appraiser and an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation and he has taught the accreditation courses required to achieve each of these designations. In addition, he is co-author of both editions of VALUATION FOR M&A, Building Value in Private Companies, a best-selling book published in several languages by John Wiley and Sons. He has written and taught hundreds of seminars on valuation and merger and acquisition throughout North America and Europe and has written numerous articles that have been published in major finance journals. Although he now works primarily with private companies, his client list includes ExxonMobil, Ford, Caterpillar, UPS, Federal Express, M&M Mars, Accenture and The New York Stock Exchange.
Through 2014 operating Evans and Associates Valuation Advisory Services, the firm provided a full range of valuation services as well as private company owner consulting.
